GENERATORS, SOURCES

For general purpose standalone applications or as core components in a high speed test and measurement system, Yokogawa sources and signal generators are highly accurate and functional.  The integration of source and measurement into a single unit greatly simplifies the test process.  Semiconductor devices, sensors, displays or batteries etc can therefore be quickly and easily characterized.

The GS610 is a highly accurate and highly functional programmable voltage/current source that incorporates voltage/current generation and measurement functions. The maximum output voltage and current are 110 V and 3.2 A, respectively. Evaluation of over a wide range of basic electrical characteristics is possible, because the GS610 can operate as a current source or a current sink.

The GS200 is a low voltage/current DC source with high accuracy, high stability, and high resolution. With its excellent traceability, stability, and 5 1/2-digit resolution, the GS200 generates extremely low-noise DC voltage and current signals that are required for many applications. Additionally, the optional monitoring feature turns the GS200 into a voltage and current measuring instrument.

The FG400 easily generates basic, application specific and arbitrary waveforms with a sine wave frequency range of .01 µHz to 30 MHz.  Output waveforms consist of Sine, Square, Pulse, Ramp, Parameter-variable, Noise (Gaussian distribution), DC and Arbitrary.  This unit includes isolated outputs that allow the user to use it in the development of floating circuits, like motor drives, inverters, power supplies and other power electronic devices.  In addition, multiple units can be synchronized together to generate up to 12 phases of output.

The 2553A provides well used K,T,E,J, and an additional 6 types of thermocouples. These 10 types are all regulated in IEC. It also provides widely used Pt100 as an RTD. Resistance as well as temperature value can be set as an output value, enabling instrument calibration by both values.

The 2558A is a low-cost, high-precision instrument capable of outputting a wide range of AC voltages and currents for the calibration of electric meters and other devices. In terms of accuracy and other performance characteristics, this new model is a significant upgrade from our previous model, the 2558 AC voltage current standard, which was introduced in 1979 and discontinued in 2003. Providing output ranges of 1.00 mV to 1200.0 Volts AC, and 1.00 mA to 60.00 Amps AC makes the 2558A the product of choice for the cost effective calibration of AC analog meters and other AC measuring instruments. Front panel controls and various computer interfaces enable the 2558A to be intuitively operated manually or controlled by an ATE system.
